Phase 1: Mobilization & Site Preparation  Initial Survey: Conducting detailed hydrographic and topographic surveys to determine dredging depths and soil composition.  Fleet Deployment: Strategic mobilization of the 18-inch, 14-inch, or 12-inch Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD) based on project scale and water type.  Environmental Compliance: Ensuring all pre-approved environmental safeguards and site-specific safety protocols are active. Phase 2: Core Execution & Dredging Operations  Dredging & Reclamation: Execution of sand extraction and canal deepening using our high capacity dredging fleet.  River Bank Protection: Implementation of sustainable solutions for river training and shoreline bank protection.  Material Management: Utilizing our support tugs and barges for efficient transport and land reclamation activities.
